Short Details of Notification :Central Institute of Psychiatry (CIP Ranchi) invites applications from candidates who have filled 97 vacancies of Occupational Therapist, Library Clerk, Medical Record Clerk, Sui Mahila and Ward Attendant post from 01 to “CIP Ranchi Recruitment 2022 Notification”. Age Limit

• Minimum Age Required :- 18 Years

   

• Maximum Age Limit :- 25-30 Years (Post wise)
• Additional age relaxation as per government rules.

Qualification

• Ward Attendant

  Matriculation with experience of working in a ward in a mental hospital superior to that of a mental hospital.
  Maximum Age Limit: 25 Years

   

• Occupational Therapist

  Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapist and two years experience as Occupational Therapist in a recognized Hospital or Institute. either
  12th pass with PCM from any recognized board.
  2 years Diploma in Occupational Therapist in a recognized Hospital or Institute and 03 years experience as Occupational Therapist.
  Maximum Age Limit: 33 Years (OBC)

   

• Library Clerk

  12th pass or equivalent form recognized board or institute.
  Certificate in Library Science from a recognized Institute.
  Maximum Age Limit: 27 Years

   

• Medical Record Clerk

  12th pass or equivalent form recognized board or institute.
  Proficiency in computer.
  Maximum Age Limit: 27 Years

   

• Needle Woman

  Candidates should have passed Matriculation from any recognized board.
  ITI Pass in Embroidery and Needle Work Trade.
  One year experience in Embroidery and Needle work.
  Maximum Age Limit: 30 Years (SC)

Selection Process

The selection will be based on the following stages:

physical and skill test
The Physical and Skill Test is an aptitude test only and will be conducted only for the post of Ward Attendant which includes trade specific practical test to assess the skills of the appearing candidates. The physical and skill test will be conducted at Central Institute of Psychiatry, Kanke, Ranchi, Jharkhand-834006. PWD candidates will be exempted from physical test.

The list of candidates who have qualified in the physical and skill test to be called for Computer Based Test (CBT) will be displayed on the CIP website: www.cipranchi.nic.in within 72 hours of the completion of the last shift of the test. Candidates not qualifying or not appearing in skill test will not be called for CBT.
Computer Based Test (CBT)
The written test for all the posts will be a computer based test. CBT consists of 50 multiple choice questions to be completed in one hour. CBT will be conducted at the centers chosen by the candidates at the time of filling the online application.

The institute will release the merit list of qualified candidates on the basis of performance in CBT on the CIP website within 72 hours of completion of the last shift of Computer Based Test (CBT).
