Application Fee

Qualification

• Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university/ institute.
• Must possess Diploma / Certificate in Computer Operation.
• Experience in performing tasks such as data entry and DTP work and basic hardware maintenance as required.

Selection Process

The selection list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in Written Test, Computer Typing Test, Skill Test and Viva-Voce/Interview.

Provided that the candidates belonging to the Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes who have been selected on the basis of their merit without any relaxation of norms, along with the candidates of the unreserved categories, shall not be adjusted against the reserved share of the vacancies, but against the unreserved posts. will be adjusted.

The reserved vacancies will be filled separately from amongst the eligible ST or OBC candidates who are less in merit than the last general candidate in the merit list of UR category.

computer typing test

• Computer Typing Test will be conducted for the candidates who will qualify in the written test. Minimum net typing speed of 35 words per minute.
• Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of merit in written test and computer typing test in the ratio of 10:1 to the total number of vacancies.

skill test

• Data Entry and Peripheral Works. Basic hardware maintenance, including installation of peripheral equipment. DTP Works (MS Office, PageMaker, Photoshop, Corel Draw etc.)
• Using utilities and application software. Duration of Skill Test – 60 Minutes.
• Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of merit in written test, computer typing test and skill test in the ratio of 3:1 to the total number of vacancies.
