After Game 3, Magic Johnson and Charles Barkley criticized Celtics.

The Boston Celtics' poor performance Sunday night drew plenty of criticism.T

The Celtics lost Game 3 to the Miami Heat 128-102 at Kaseya Center, putting their season in jeopardy.

Magic Johnson criticized the C's on social media after the Heat humiliated them.

"In my 44 years of being associated with the NBA, I never thought I'd see a Boston Celtics team... quit," Johnson wrote, calling Celtics supporters "disgusted" and "devastated" after a defeat so severe that head coach Joe Mazzulla sat his players for the entire fourth quarter.

Even though the Lakers are down 3-0 to the Denver Nuggets in the Western Conference Finals, Johnson, whose 1980s Lakers defeated the Celtics twice in the NBA Finals, probably enjoyed sending those tweets.

After Game 3, Charles Barkley blasted the Celtics. The Hall of Famer and NBA on TNT broadcaster criticized the C's during his crew's interview with Heat guard Gabe Vincent, who scored a game-high 29 points.

"Clearly you didn’t watch the game tonight," Barkley responded when Vincent said he expected the Celtics to start strong in Game 4. "Well-coached and don’t lie down? "Review the tape."

The C's may not like this national sarcasm, but their terrible Game 3 performance on both ends earned it.

They're more skilled than Miami, but the No. 8 seed Heat are playing with more effort and drive and are one victory away from ending Boston's season.

Game 4 begins at 7 p.m. ET on NBC Sports Boston on Tuesday in Miami at 8:30 p.m.
