- A recent scanned image of candidate’s photo and signature should be attached with the filled excel sheet (application) and emailed to the email address email@example.com. The subject of the email may be “Application for the post of XXXX”.
- Applications received through any other stream / any other official email id of it except firstname.lastname@example.org will not be considered as valid applications.

- All the details mentioned in the application including name of the applicant, post applied for, educational qualification, communal category, date of birth, address, email id etc. will be treated as final and no modification will be allowed thereafter.
- Applicants are requested to fill the application form with utmost care and care as no correspondence regarding change in details will be entertained.
